Shri S B Mahapatra, Sr. Postmaster Bhubaneshwar GPO and President of our CHQ retired from service on 31.05.2009 on superannuation. I, on behalf of Rajasthan Circle branch of the Association wish him a long, happy and prosperous retired life.
