APPEAL TO ATTEND CIRCLE CONFERENCE

Dear friends,
as you are aware that we are going to hold Circle Conference of our Association on sunday, 02.08.2009 at Shri Jat Vishram Sthali, Pushkar (Ajmer) and we have also invited our CHQ office bearers including General Secretary and President to hold Central Working Committee on 01 &02.08.2009 at the same venue,I earnestly request all of you to attend the conference in full strength to make it a memorable and historical conference.Due to my promotion to PS Group B, it would be my last conference and hence it is my immense desire to have a meeting with you. I am confident that you will not disappoint me and honour my heart felt feelings to come at Pushkar with friends, well wishers and patrons.
At the same time I may add that expenses on this event will be beyond our expectations due to sky rockettig prices and CWC Meeting of our CHQ. You might be proud of the fact that Rajasthan Circle is organising such an All India event at the very first time in its history. I, therefore, earnestly appeal all of you to come forward and give financial support to the Association. We, the Rajasthanis are well known for our unique culture of attending our guests with full ferver and therefore, a warm welcome is expected from our CHQ members.Undoubtedly, we will fulfill their ambitions.
For your kind information, Chief PMG vide order no.Union/11-2 dated 21.07.09 has permitted all members to be granted special casual leave and HQ permission for the confernce.

VENUE OF CIRCLE CONFERENCE

This is for the kind information of all the members that the venue of our Circle Conference will be "Shri Jat Vishram Sthali, Near Bramha Temple, Pushkar (Ajmer), Contact No. 0145-2772556". The Circle Conference will be held on Sunday, 02.08.2009 and prior to it, pre -conference CWC meeting will be held on Saturday, 01.08.2009.It is also informed that CWC of our CHQ will also be held at the same venue on 01 &02.08.2009 side by side.
All are requested to give it vide publicity and attend the conference to make it a memorable confernce.

CWC Meeting of CHQ and Circle Conference of Rajasthan Circle

Central Working Committee at Puskar - Rajasthan

CHQ letter No CHQ/IASP/01 dated 07.07.2009 addressed to all CHQ Office bearers and Circle Secretaries.
Dear friends,
Sub : Central Working Committee
The next Central Working Committee Meeting of our Association will be held at Puskar, Rajasthan - on 1st & 2nd August 2009, the Saturday and Sunday. Notification issued in this regard is attached. Copies of Notification marked to Chief PMG concerned are also attached. Circle Secretaries are requested to hand over the same to Circle Administration and arrange for grant of Special Casual Leave. No separate orders will be issued by Directorate granting Special Casual Leave. As per standing order of the Directorate, Special Casual Leave will be sanctioned by the Circle Administration concerned based on the CWC notification.
Rajasthan Circle Branch will hold its Circle Conference side by side. All Circle Secretaries and CHQ Office Bearers are requested to attend without fail.
The nearest railway station is Ajmer. Puskar is at a distance of 13 Km from Ajmer and 148 from Jaipur and 400 Km from Delhi. Plenty of Bus services are available from Jaipur, Ajmer and Delhi The venue of the meeting is Saraswat Brahmin Dharmshala, Near Bus Stand, Puskar.
Members are requested to reserve accommodation in train/bus so as to reach Puskar by the evening of 31st July 2009 or by the morning of 01st August 2009.

Circle Conference and CWC Meeting of our CHQ

I am glad to inform you that our circle conference has been scheduled to be held at Pushkar on 02.08.2009 at Saraswat Brahman Sabha Bhawan. All are coordially invited.
I am also happy to inform you that CWC of our CHQ will also meet on the same venue on 01&02.08.2009. Our central leaders will be there to address the gathering.
