Under the provisions of Article 30 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts, it is hereby notified that the pre-conference Central Working Committee Meeting of the Association will be held at Bangalore on 27.01.2012 at 1100 hours.

Venue: Karnataka State Govt. Employees Association Auditorium Cubbon Park, Bangalore-560001 (Karnataka)

Agenda:-
1. Confirmation of the minutes of the last CWC held on 23rd and 24th of September, 2011 at Patna, Bihar.
2. Approval of the Biennial Report of the CHQ for the period from 02.04.2010 to 26.01.2012.
3. Approval of audited accounts of the CHQ for the period from 02.04.2010 to 26.01.2012.
4. Organizational and Financial review of the CHQ/Circles.
5. TA/DA to CHQ office Bearers/Circle Secretaries for attending CWC/AIC.
6. Next CWC Meeting.
7. Any other item with the permission of the Chair.
All the CHQ Office Bearers/Circle Secretaries are requested to attend the meeting well in time.
