Under the provision of Article 44 of the constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendent Posts, it is hereby notified that, 4th Biennial Circle Conference of Rajasthan Branch of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendent Posts will be held at Jaipur on Sunday, the 18th September, 2011 at 11.00 hrs.

Venue: - Community Hall, P&T Colony, Behind Circle Office, Jaipur.

Agenda

1. Approval and adoption of audited accounts for the period from 02.08.09 to 16.09.11.
2. IPs Grade Pay issue.
3. Merger of IP/ASP Cadre.
4. Organization Review
5. Postmaster Cadre in Postal Wing and its effect on IP and P.S. Gr. “B” cadres.
6. Election of office bearers.
7. Any other item with the permission of the chair.
8. Venue of next CWC.

All members of the Association are requested to attend the Circle Conference in time. All such members are requested to inform office bearer timely so that proper arrangement for lodging/boarding can be made.

I request all the colleagues to attend the conference in maximum number and strengthen our association. Just after one week of this conference, the CWC of CHQ is also going to meet at Patna and thus we will be in a position to convey the views of our friends to the platform of CHQ. The views, specially on the letter regarding merger of IP/ASP sent by our GS to Department, will be very crucial for the future of our cadre. So please ensure your participation in above conference for the sake of our cadre. Thanking & waiting to see all of you at Jaipur on 18.09.2011
