Under the provisions of article 46 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Asst. Superintendents Posts, it is hereby notified the pre-conference Circle Working Committee of Association will be held at Jaipur on Saturday, the 17th September, 2011 at 17.00 hrs .

Venue: - Community Hall, P&T Colony, Behind Circle Office, Jaipur.

Agenda
1. Confirmation of proceedings of CWC meetings held at Khatu Shyamji on 06.02.2011
2. Approval and adoption of audited accounts for the period from 02.08.09 to 16.09.11.
3. Any other item with the permission of the chair.
All CWC office bearers are requested to attend the meeting well in time.
