Subject : Merger of ASP Cadre in to PS Gr. B cadre – Proposal regarding.

Sir,
Kindly refer to your letters No. GS/AIAIASP/Merger ASP/2013 dated 14.06.2014, on the subject mentioned above.

2.       In this regard it is submitted that on examination of the reply of the association on the observation of this Directorate, it is noticed that the suggestiuons of maintaining of status quo in respect of 679 ASPs who are proposed to be downgraded is not practical. Moreover, the suggestion would create administrative inconvenience at the time of transfer / posting of senior Officer as Divisional Head.

3.       In view of this, it has been decided that a meeting with the Association can be held in this Directorate to come up with a viable proposal. You are requested to attend a meeting with Director (Estt.) on 16/9/2014 at 11.00 A.M.

Yours faithfully,

Sd/-
